Terres de France

CGV & Reservations

By reserving, each customer agrees to have read and accepted the general sales conditions of the Terres de France group, as stipulated below. All personal data is encrypted and processed securely. The Terres de France group takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously.

Article 1: Reservations – Deposit

When making your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay may be requested as a deposit. Your reservation will only be guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit or confirmation by secure bank imprint. The full rental amount may be payable upon booking for any stay scheduled to arrive within 30 days. A confirmation containing all the elements relating to your stay will then be sent to you by email or post. The balance of your stay must reach us 1 month before your arrival. In the event of non-payment of the balance within the deadlines indicated, the Terres de France group reserves the right to consider the reservation request as void and to apply the cancellation conditions provided for and defined below accordingly.

Article 2 : Modalités d’occupation

We remind you that accommodation provided for a determined number of occupants for rent, can under no circumstances be inhabited by a greater number of people. Terres de France reserves the right to invoice any failure.

Article 3: Tourist tax

Nos tarifs s’entendent toutes taxes comprises et incluent la mise à disposition du logement, les charges (eau, électricité, chauffage), à l’exception de la taxe de séjour – payable directement sur place – et des services optionnels proposés.

Article 4: Accepted payments & fees

Terres de France accepts payments in euros only by check, cash, transfer, bank cards (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, Amex) gift and holiday vouchers (ANCV, e-ANCV, Kadeos, Tir Groupé, Cadhoc, illicado…).
  • No fees are charged for payment by cash, transfer or credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, Amex) or gift voucher from the Terres de France group.

Article 5: Modification of reservation

For the satisfaction of any modification of date or place of stay, we will retain the following indemnities:
  • If the amount of the initial reservation is less than the amount of the modified reservation: The differential reservation amount and an additional booking fee of € 20 per reservation will be requested.
  • If the amount of the initial reservation is greater than the amount of the modified reservation: An additional booking fee of € 20 per reservation will be requested, the differential reservation amount will be returned to the customer in the form of a voucher valid for a next booking of accommodation or package. No modification request will be taken into account if it is received by Terres de France group or one of its own establishments from the 14th day preceding your arrival.
Nota Bene :
  • Any request to increase the length of your stay will be made by the Terres de France group at no additional cost
  • Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered by the Terres de France group as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation procedures referred to in Article 6 below.

Article 6: Interruption of stay or sport or leisure activity

A premature departure or an interruption of sports or leisure activities (spa, restaurant, ticketing, other activities) reserved with the Terres de France group, cannot give rise to any reimbursement.

Article 7: Cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be notified by letter from the Terres de France group to the following address. The date of receipt of the notification determines the date of cancellation:

1 and 2 night stay reservation In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be retained:
  • More than 48 hours before your arrival: no cancellation fees
  • 48 hours or less before your arrival: the entire stay will be charged Booking stay 3 nights and more and all packages
In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be retained:
  • 30 days or more before your arrival: 30 € administration fees
  • Between 30 and 15 days (included) preceding your arrival: 30% of the total amount of the stay
  • Between 14 and 8 days (inclusive) preceding your arrival: 50% of the amount of the stay
  • 7 days or less before your arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay

Article 8: Provision / departure

The keys are handed over according to the establishments’ check-in and check-out times (arrival and departure times). The customer should inquire about his schedules. Under no circumstances will Terres de France be held responsible for any cancellation or additional costs in the event of non-compliance by the client with arrival times. If due to a major impediment you could not arrive on time for the establishments, it is essential to notify the establishments. This will then arrange directly with you so that you can find the keys to your accommodation when you arrive.

Article 9: Animals

Terres de France accepts animals in all of its residences for an additional charge for each establishment. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted. All animals must be vaccinated and kept on a leash and will remain under the sole of his master. A maximum of 2 animals per accommodation is imperative. Terres de France reserves the right to charge for any damage or nuisance caused by the presence of the animal in the residence or accommodation, whether it is for breakage or cleanliness. Terres de France can in no way be held responsible for any breach.

Article 10: Deposit & inventory

As part of your stay, two deposits will be requested on your arrival, one of € 250 for accommodation and the other of € 55 for cleaning / cleaning. Terres de France cannot be held responsible for any dispute concerning the deposit for accommodation. The same goes for the policy regarding apartment inventories. The form that will be given to you on arrival will attest to your approval of the establishment’s policy.

Article 11: Responsibility

We would like to bring to your attention the fact that the rental of a Tourist Residence does not come under the responsibility of the hoteliers. Consequently, the establishments and the Terres de France group cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects in its Residences, hotels, camping or group lodgings, both in the apartments and in the car parks or common premises (bicycle storage, etc.). The prescription for sums due does not fall within the scope of the hotel prescription (article 2272 of the Civil Code). As an exception to Article 2244 of the Civil Code, sending a registered letter from the Terres de France group or one of its establishments to any debtor customer interrupts the limitation period applicable in such matters.

Article 12: General customer obligations

All customers must read and accept the internal regulations of the establishments and must comply with them. These internal regulations can be consulted freely in each establishment and are established by the establishment itself. Terres de France cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations by its customers. We advise you when you are away from our accommodation to systematically close your windows, doors and bay windows to avoid any inconvenience. The Terres de France group or one of its establishments can in no way be held responsible in the event of theft or damage or forgetting of personal effects. In the event of a visit or guest stay (within the limits of the reception capacities of our apartments), we ask you to notify reception. Any reservation and taking possession of accommodation in one of the establishments of the Terres de France group or in a partner establishment necessarily implies acceptance of these booking and rental conditions.

Your reservation is completely secure. All personal data is encrypted and processed securely. The Terres de France group takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. They are used only for the processing of your reservation.

Article 1: Reservations – Quotation – Deposit – Balance

Upon your reservation request, a quote will be sent to you with an option date. To validate your reservation, you must confirm your quote by returning it signed and initialed, accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Otherwise your reservation will not be validated. The balance will be paid directly on site (except specific requests to be agreed as soon as possible when signing the estimate) Without any news from you on the option date, we will consider that you do not follow up on the estimate. The quote can be modified up to 7 days before your arrival. In the event of additional services, they will be included in the quote and paid for on site before your departure.

Article 2: Prices & terms of occupancy

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and include for accommodation: the provision of accommodation, charges (water, electricity, heating), with the exception of the tourist tax and optional services offered. All rentals are personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet. We remind you that the occupancy of the rental is limited, an additional person will entail additional accommodation (a baby counts for one person). Important: the group rate is applied for a global reservation AND a global payment. Any modification during the process will result in pricing at the public rate: website.

Article 3: Tourist tax – Deposit – Rental of equipment

The tourist tax will be adjusted on the day of your arrival (variable depending on the destination). Depending on the records, a deposit of € 1,500 will be required (cash or uncashed check or credit card imprint), particularly in the event of room occupancy + € 80 to € 100 per accommodation. It will be returned after a compliant inventory (including cleanliness). Any theft or damage will result in invoicing. The deposit will then be returned only after payment of the said invoice. If despite our reminders the invoices remain unpaid, we reserve the right to collect the deposit (s) that would have been paid.

Article 4: Modification of reservation

Your modification requests must be sent to us by email or post and be validated by us (to ensure that we have taken note of them and that this is possible). The reduction in services is possible up to 7 days before your arrival, beyond that, the cancellation conditions apply.

Article 5: Cancellation conditions

The date of receipt of the notification determines the date of cancellation. In the event of total cancellation:
  • More than 30 days: 30% of the total net amount of the stay (deposit)
  • Between 30 days and 15 days before your arrival: 70% of the total net amount of the stay
  • Between 14 or less before your arrival: 100% of the amount of the stay
  • No show on the day of arrival: 100% of the amount of the stay
In the event of partial cancellation:
  • If increasing: subject to availability and confirmation from us
  • If decreasing (within the limit of 10% of the estimate)
  • More than 7 days: no charge
  • Between 6 and 5 days before your stay: 50% of the canceled amount
  • Less than 4 days and no show: 100% of the canceled amount

Article 6: Responsibility

We would like to bring to your attention the fact that the rental of a Tourist Residence does not come under the responsibility of the hoteliers. Consequently, Terres de France cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects in its Residences, both in apartments and in car parks or common premises.
