Our Group
Our concept
Terres de France is a unique group specialising in green tourism, with the aim of promoting natural and responsible tourism. Quality, well-being and respect for the environment are its watchwords. Terres de France is keen to offer a wide range of products, including aparthotels and nature residences in town, country, by the sea or in the mountains.
For one night, a short break, a weekend or your holidays… we offer quality accommodation for any length of time at sliding-scale prices. All our flats & cottages have a kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave, storage cupboard and crockery. Wi-Fi access is free of charge in all public areas of our establishments, and guests benefit from standard hotel services and a personalised welcome.
Our values
Terres de France began as a family project. Mr Jean-Marc BOURNAIS, the group’s founder, has surrounded himself with his two sons, who provide him with invaluable knowledge of marketing and sales strategy.
The family dimension of Terres de France therefore promotes strong, predominant management values.
The Terres de France group incorporates the issue of sustainable development into its very work processes, thereby minimising its impact on the environment. From sorting and saving energy to using recycled products, all staff are involved.

Our Appart’Hôtels & Residences
The Terres de France group now operates 21 tourist residences and Appart’Hotels in France, in the heart of the French countryside, in the city, by the sea or in the mountains. Its long-term goal is to become one of France’s leaders in green and nature tourism.
Established in Brittany, Centre Val-de-Loire, Poitou-Charente, Limousin, Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrénées, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Languedoc-Roussillon. The Terres de France Group offers you exceptional nature destinations that will help you recharge your batteries and discover the riches of France’s terroirs and its regional gastronomic specialties.
In 2021, Terres de France is offering you 3 new residences: in Val-de-Loire at Domaine du Golf in Saumur (49), located on the edge of a golf course and a stone’s throw from the Cadre Noir, the most prestigious national riding school. In Gréoux-les-Bains, between the Luberon and Provence, in the heart of France’s 3rd-largest spa: Résidence Côté Provence. In Ariège, in the heart of the splendid and majestic Palais des Évêques in Saint-Lizier: the Domaine du Palais.
In 2022, Terres de France will welcome you to its new destination: Domaine des Vans in Ardèche! In December 2022, the Terres de France Group is delighted to welcome you to the Résidence du Golf de la Cabre d’Or de Cabriès in the Bouches-du-Rhône department.
In 2023, the Terres de France Group is pleased to launch the marketing of the Les Silènes residence in Allevard-les-Bains, just a stone’s throw from the Appart’Hôtel Le Splendid in Isère (38). In September 2023, the Terres de France group is pleased to take over management of the Résidence Les Hauts du Maquis in Linguizzetta, Corsica (20).

Nestled in the heart of the village of Linguizzetta in Corsica, the Les Hauts du Maquis tourist residence opens the doors to an exceptional experience.
